The pipeline never accesses private CCTV networks, never performs biometric facial recognition or identity matching, and never builds persistent tracking profiles of civilians or vehicles.
1. Zero-Disk Ephemeral RAM Ingestion
Incoming public video streams are inspected inside an isolated, volatile RAM byte-range buffer at 1 FPS keyframe intervals. Over 94% of inspected frames — including ordinary traffic flow, non-incident broadcasts, cinematic stunts, and video game clips — are discarded directly from volatile memory within 680 milliseconds without ever touching persistent disk storage.
2. Automated Civilian PII Redaction (YOLOv11x Gaussian Masking)
When a high-severity collision or acute street emergency passes multi-stage kinematic and acoustic verification, AetherFloww compiles a standardized 12-second incident packet (3s pre-impact approach, 3s impact, 6s aftermath). Prior to packet serialization, an edge-based redaction pass automatically applies irreversible Gaussian blur to all bystander faces and uninvolved civilian vehicle registration plates.
Unblurred visual metadata is restricted strictly to the primary colliding or fleeing hit-and-run vehicles required by traffic accident investigators and statutory law enforcement desks.
