Terms of Service & Evidentiary Use Policy
These Terms of Service govern access to the AetherFloww website (aetherfloww.com), technical specifications, and causal forensic video reconstruction testbeds. By accessing or evaluating AetherFloww documentation or incident packets, you agree to these operational terms.
1. Intended Civic & Institutional Scope
AetherFloww is designed for authorized traffic accident investigators, municipal road safety engineers, insurance claims evaluators, and broadcast newsrooms verifying the physical authenticity and pre-collision kinematics of public road incidents.
Mandatory Human-in-the-Loop Duty Officer Review
All kinematic trajectories, optical flow velocity gradients, and causal classifications generated by AetherFloww constitute assistive forensic telemetry. Emergency unit dispatch, traffic charge-sheet filing, and insurance liability determinations must always be reviewed and confirmed by a qualified human duty officer or licensed investigator.
2. Strictly Prohibited Uses
Users, partners, and evaluators are strictly prohibited from using AetherFloww artifacts, pipelines, or documentation for:
• Individual civilian stalking, biometric facial recognition, or persistent movement tracking.
• Circumventing automated YOLOv11x Gaussian privacy blurring on uninvolved bystanders.
• Submitting unverified synthetic or altered media as authentic evidentiary packets.
• Automated denial-of-service probing or unauthorized vulnerability exploitation.
3. Research Prototype Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
AetherFloww is provided on an "as-is" research and evaluation basis. While the pipeline enforces multi-physics verification (Farneback optical flow, epipolar geometry, and Mel-spectrogram acoustics) and SHA-256 evidentiary hashing, AetherFloww and its founder make no warranties of uninterrupted availability or absolute zero-error classification across degraded video streams.
4. Direct Contact
For institutional pilot inquiries, research collaborations, or evidentiary compliance questions, contact yash@aetherfloww.com.
