1. Acceptable Service Usage
AetherFloww AI grants users a non-exclusive license to deploy autonomous agent pipelines. Any attempt to exploit internal APIs, run denial-of-service tests, or bypass verification check parameters will result in immediate account termination.
2. SLA & System Liability
Our DevOps incident response and billing agents operate on best-effort performance schedules. We do not assume direct financial liability for code modifications, server down-times, or billing mismatches.
3. Contract Terminations
Users may cancel their subscription plans at any time through the billing dashboard portal. All active credentials, logs, and metadata will be permanently purged from database records within 30 business days.
